Customer Policies


Warranty

        We warranty our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days after receipt of your order. Have a problem with something of ours? Just contact us within 30 days for an RMA number and send it back (please mark the RMA number clearly on your returned package). We will repair or replace it at our option and send it back to you quickly, no problem.

        Did we forget to pack something in a parts kit? Let us know and we will replace it.

        Did you loose something? Did you burn something? Hey, it happens to all of us once in awhile. Just contact us and we will work something out.

        Now, if you purchased a kit from one of our distributors and they provided a parts kit, we will only warranty the board against defects in materials and workmanship and you should resolve any issues with the parts kit (defective or missing parts) with the distributor. If we packed the parts kit, of course we will resolve any issues directly with you.


Returns

        Get something you don't need? Get something you don't like? Hey, just send it back. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping) for any product which is returned within 15 days for any reason.

        Don't like the color of our boards? You can send them back for that, too.

        Ok, the fine print: in order to return a product to us for the full refund you will need to request an RMA number from us within 15 days of receipt of your order; this number needs to be marked clearly on your returned package. Returned merchandise needs to be in sellable condition, so if you have soldered any components down we will have to resolve our differences some other way. The refund will be issued as a check mailed to the customer upon receipt of the returned package and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refund amount will be the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping and handling charges.


Privacy

        DH MicroSystems, Inc. does not share any customer information with any third party for any purpose. Should any need or opportunity arise in the future in which a customers information might be disclosed to a third party, we will only disclose such information that the customer in question gives us permission in advance to disclose.

SPAM & Email

        If you came to this site looking for Viagra® then we have both been spoofed. DH MicroSystems, Inc. only sends out email to past customers on topics regarding new DHMicro promotions, products, or projects (sorry, no Cialis® here either). SPAM? Well, maybe. Irritating? Well, hopefully not. Currently, we email our past customers only about 3 or 4 times per year. If you want us not to email you at all, just reply to one of our emails and request that we remove your address from our mailing list. We will immediately honor all such requests.
